If you are constantly joyful and free from the fear of suffering—because you understand that all human experience comes from within and have learned to create the kind of experience you desire—growth becomes not only possible but limitless. However, if you're afraid of falling or suffering, you’ll never dare to rise very high."

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the inspiring person who shared this handwritten wisdom from their notebook with me. Such a remarkable human being.

Last year felt like an uphill climb while dragging a massive truck. Then, life sent me an angel disguised in a superhero suit. He didn’t carry my truck but gave me the tools to lighten the load. Angels usually come and go—they’ve got plenty to do around the world. But I’m incredibly lucky because this one stayed. Together, we figured out how to fuel the truck, jump in, and enjoy the ride—singing, laughing, learning, growing, and experiencing every step of the way.

Thank you for the trust, the growth, and the love.

As you know, last year was filled with tears of fear, anxiety, and insecurity. But last week? Only tears of happiness. I couldn’t be more grateful.

There’s no light without shadow. Both deserve to be honored.
